The CHAI Site Selection Tool is a decision-making resource designed to assist national stakeholders in selecting the most appropriate point-of-care (POC) products and sites for early infant diagnosis (EID) and HIV viral load (VL) testing. This Excel-based tool enables countries to analyze various factors such as cost, geographic location, and throughput to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes. The tool facilitates data-driven decision-making in product and site selection, supporting national program objectives in diagnostics, and is intended to be used in collaboration with Ministries of Health and other key stakeholders.
